Keystone is one of the largest real estate consulting and appraisal firms in the southern interior of British Columbia and has been serving the area since 2006. All appraisers on the Keystone team are designated through the Appraisal Institute of Canada and all our reports meet the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
The firm’s current multi-partner model focuses the team’s range of experience and professional skill set into the various geographical and economic sectors. This specialization and focus provide a higher level of engagement and knowledge which is delivered along an efficient, multi-office channel.

Oliver Berkeley
Managing Partner, AACI, P.App., BSc (Hons)

Oliver trained in the City of London commercial banking sector and has been a senior level executive in the commercial real estate sector since the 1990’s. He has comprehensive development and project management experience, is the firms managing partner and heads the real estate consulting and land acquisition services department, serving a range of public, private and non-profit clients. He is currently the Program Director for one of Canada’s largest and most complex voluntary land acquisition projects.
Rob Norton

Rob is an AACI, P.App. designated real estate appraiser with extensive experience in both the private and public sector. He is a graduate of the University of Victoria’s Peter B. Gustavson School of Business, he holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia, and he is also a member of the BC Expropriation Society. He is Keystone’s Commercial and Review Appraiser responsible for valuation assignments across the southern interior of BC.
Leah Rivard
Commercial Appraiser, BBRE, AACI, P.App.

Leah is an AACI, P.App. designated appraiser with experience working in rural Alberta and several regions throughout British Columbia. She has experience working with a variety of property and assignment types including and not limited to commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural, new developments and land subdivisions, expropriation and partial takings, and market data studies. Leah holds a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate from Thompson Rivers University, a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (equivalency) from the University of British Columbia, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia.
