Oliver trained in the City of London commercial banking sector and has been a senior level executive in the commercial real estate sector since the 1990’s. He has comprehensive development and project management experience and heads the real estate consulting services department, serving a range of public, private and non-profit clients. Rob Norton is an AACI designated real estate appraiser with extensive experience in both the private and public sector. He is a graduate of the University of Victoria’s Bachelor of Commerce program and also holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Valuation from the University of British Columbia. He is our Commercial Appraisal Partner responsible for valuation assignments across the East, West, and Boundary regions of the Kootenays.
Shannon McIlmoyle is our company administrator and coordinates the assignment work and office resources. She is a key member of the team that ensures our work is delivered to you on time. With experience in office management and customer service, she is the friendly voice you can expect to hear when you contact Keystone Appraisals.
